
Professor Marcello Di Risio, Director of the Department of Civil, Construction-Architectural and Environmental Engineering (DICEAA) at the University of L'Aquila, and Professor Renato Morganti, Scientific Coordinator of the Zordan Prize, are pleased to announce the publication of the call of the ninth edition of the Luigi Zordan Prize, to be concluded in spring 2026.
The prize, titled “Engineering and Architecture: Design and Construction”, is open to newly graduated in Construction-Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering.
The award aims to enhance the achievements of young graduates by including them in a high-profile professional network, as well as activating new synergies in teaching and research activities with public and private institutions associated with the partners of the prize.
The winners will hold a six-month postgraduate internship at EM2N (em2n.ch/en/work, Zurich – for the winner of the section A) and ACPV Architects (acpvarchitects.com, Milan – for the winner of the section B1).
All requested documents must be sent by 28 February 2026.
The evaluation and award stages will take place between March and April, with the award ceremony and exhibition opening being held on 14 May 2026 at the Department of Engineering in Monteluco di Roio.
